    • Speed Engineering tops 1000 whp with a Magnuston TVS2650 on a C7 Z06 LT4 with stock bottom end and transmission

      The Eaton TVS2650 just continues to impress. Speed Engineering was able to top 1000 rear wheel horsepower on their Mustang dyno with the big blower on a stock internal LT4 V8. This was done with direct injection but methanol is helping as well.


      Here it is a 19.5 psi:


      And clearing 1000 rwhp with a filter change and C16:


      That the factory bottom and end and transmission are holding together is remarkable.

      Speed Engineering believes there is more in it with an injector change:

      Still direct injection. We are using Fore triple pumps on the low side, Katch's belt driven DI pump on the high side, and FIC Injectors. We maxed the injectors out on E85 so had to switch to C16 at the moment.

      Direct injection only on E85, meth, & 19.5lbs. Stock bottom end and trans, with @katech_inc belt driven DI pump on an 1100 Mustang Dyno. Great numbers more testing to come.
      The Magnuson TVS2650 LTX V8 supercharger kits are expected to ship in May.
