Impressed yet? You should be. The C7 Audi S6 and S7 models just continue to look like the best mid-size performance sedan tuning value you can buy. This same S6 ran 11.33 @ 120.02 earlier this year. The owner improved his Stage I record to 11.253 @ 121.52 software only on E65: This is achieved without touching the TCU. Some exhaust mods and maybe some TCU work and this should be a 10-second ride.

The more new Audi C8 RS6 content, the better. This time around we have the new Audi super wagon taking on AMG's best four-door, the GT S. Now, the more natural matchup is the E63 S wagon as previously stated but what you see is what you get. Both vehicles have twin turbocharged V8's with top mount twin scroll turbochargers. They have similar displacement, direct injection, and frankly are way too similar. It's getting boring in the German performance world. You also have both featuring all wheel drive which is a good thing considering this is a British comparison and it seems that the tarmac in Britain is never dry. How does it go down? The Audi gets a much better launch in the wet and wins. A change of traction modes (ESP off) is tried for the AMG. The second run still has a poor start for the AMG which seems to be more due to reaction time. You see the AMG start a steady pull forward but it is not enough to catch the RS6. A roll race to settle this? Nope, omitted. The AMG seems as if it would win on the top end but someone else will have to do that race.

GIAC has performance programming available for the new Porsche 992 Carrera and Carrera S models. Both Porsche 911 models share the same basica 9A2B6EVO 3.0 motor with minor hardware changes. The Carrera S offers larger turbochargers and makes more power stock and with a tune as to be expected. GIAC takes the Carrera S from 443 to 492 horsepower: The gains are nice if not modest with the majority coming down low with a big increase in torque at low rpm. This is not a pretty curve though. The Carrera sees fatter gains through the curve although less peak power and torque than the Carrera S along with much smoother power delivery: No timed acceleration numbers and no timeslips included. Expect the 992 generation tuning to follow what we saw with the 991.2 with GIAC coming to the party early only for others to quickly and emphatically surpass their results.

Because it's not pizza. It's a pie of some sort and HIGHLY overrated. I don't even bother eating it after having it a few times. Does nothing for me.

Trying to determine what is real news and fake news in the automotive world is becoming harder and harder. We will take Ford Authority at their word here as they claim to have sources working on the Bronco project. This is not confirmed: For now, it's not official but let's hope they got the details right. The Bronco with a 2.7 liter Ecoboost V6 is going to be a lot of fun. It is based on the Ranger platform and the Ranger only offers a four-cylinder Ecoboost but Ford has test mules running around with the 2.7. It seems likely this information is correct. Source

Yes, the Ferrari 456 with a rotary engine swap is real. Yes, the owner ditched the V12. What is not real is that Ferrari got their lawyers involved. It seems Autoevolution.com decided to add that portion in for clicks and the internet ran away with it. BoostAddict bought into it too and ran the story. The car and work involved are cool so that part is correct but Ferrari did not make any legal threats. That is something we want to clarify. How do you stop this sort of click-bait false reporting? You fire the person who wrote it. In this case, Elena Gorgon: https://www.autoevolution.com/editors/browse/elena-gorgan/ Elena should find another job and Autoevolution should set the story straight. If you were wondering how the Dorch Engineering N55 HPFP (High Pressure Fuel Pump) would work in practice well here is an example on a BMW F87 M2 N55B30T0. The car is running an E50 ethanol fuel blend and making over 500 rear wheel horsepower direct injection only. No supplemental methanol injection for fuel or port fuel injection: TTE 550 turbo Dorch Engineering Stage 2 HPFP Wagner intercooler Wagner 200cel downpipe E50 Flash tune BWP The torque figure is in Newton-Meters and works out to 562 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. Great results and the Dorch Engineering Stage 2 pump looks to be a solid option on the N55.

If you were not taking the Coronavirus seriously you might want to pay attention. The Swiss government cancelled the 2020 Geneva Auto Show amid concerns of large scale travel for the show and large gatherings of people spreading the virus. The Geneva Motor Show is among the most important automotive industry events and car shows in the world. Several large debut and surprises were expected next month but it seems automakers will either debut online as is increasingly the custom or they will save the public debut for another show. Expect staggered online releases from those who will not attend the New York show in April.

@Jymmijamez That's a very generous pour! Got the regular Blanton (first row pic below to prove ;-) ), not too impressed. Good but not wow. It's just too damn smooth/fine. I need a little kick. Haven't tried the Gold yet. The library definitely my kinda place!!! That paté and bone marrow!!! We have one similar around here https://www.whiskeycake.com/about/ where I bought Pappy Rye 13 which was very good for $180 1.6oz lol Definitely not worthy it but didn't ask the price first. I promised the wife I will stop buying whisky until summer time will start or I would owe her $6k. Tho I quietly bought the last one, for now, Woodinville Whiskey Co. Port Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Heard it's delicious!!! Last but not least....this one is so good and it deserves a separate post. Sadly the distillery, Willowbank, closed it door back in 1997. It won the best New Zealand whisky in 2019 from World Whisky Award. Poached pear at the nose, full flavor/very complex in the palate, almost close to a great rum but not quite as it has that kick once sipping down. LOVE it!!! I got bottle 217 out of 307 made (see the stamp). Not cheap and can't tell you where I got it from as I might have to k you lol Cheers!
